Subletting Information

You are responsible for finding your own sublettor if you wish to sublet. We can post your information on our website if you send us the following info:

Address

Start and end dates

Amount of rent

Contact name, phone number and e-mail

Once you find a sublettor, you will need to pick up a subletting form at the Student Activities Bldg. (SAB) Fill this form out with your sublettor. We recommend that you collect some type of security deposit from them. If you have other roommates, they must sign the form too. Then make an appointment to come to our office with your sublettor so we can meet them, make sure your form is complete, and then sign our name to it.

There is a $50 charge for each sublet, and this amount will be deducted from your security deposit.
